Service Description
*Colorado is a direct access state; a physicians referral is not needed.* Physical therapy services are appropriate for people recovering from an acute injury requiring skilled rehabilitation services. A thorough evaluation will be performed on your first visit to determine a plan of care personalized to your limitations, exam findings, and your goals. Physical therapy visits may include soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, trigger point dry needling, patient education, and/or exercise. Physio, Yoga & Wellness does not contract with any private insurance companies. We believe this allows us to help people achieve their best health without limitations or restrictions typically imposed by insurance companies. For Medicare and Medicaid insurance coverage or Denver Athletic Club members, please email us directly to schedule. info@physioyogaandwellness.com If you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance company a superbill will be provided for all services for you to submit directly to your insurance. Most insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits which often cover a significant portion of your treatment costs, although the percentage may differ between insurance providers. Save $$: Package option of 8 visits for $976 ($122/session) available for purchase at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! We strive to be understanding and as flexible as possible. That is why our cancellation/no-show policy results in no charge if appointments are cancelled with 24 hours or more notice. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a 50% visit charge will occur. "No Shows" for appointments will incur a full visit charge.
